# SlateCX

> SlateCX is a Buyer Engagement Platform for B2B companies in the HubSpot ecosystem. It gives each prospect a shareable, AI-assisted workspace (a "Slate") that answers their questions using the vendor's approved content, captures buyer intent, and writes engagement and qualification data back to HubSpot. The positioning: buyers increasingly evaluate vendors using AI before ever talking to sales — SlateCX is the engagement layer that meets them there, replacing passive web pages and low-converting forms with an interactive, instrumented evaluation experience.

SlateCX is built for B2B marketing leaders, demand generation managers, and digital marketers at companies that use HubSpot. It is not a website chat widget and not an outbound AI SDR — it is a buyer-facing evaluation surface that travels with the buyer and reports structured signal back to the CRM.

## What SlateCX does

- **Personalized buyer workspaces (Slates):** Each prospect gets a dedicated space to ask questions, explore approved content, and evaluate at their own pace, guided by an AI assistant grounded in the vendor's content (not hallucinated answers).
- **Intent capture:** Every question, need, and concern a buyer raises is logged, summarized, and surfaced — visibility forms cannot provide.
- **Engagement and qualification:** The agent qualifies buyer fit during natural conversation and routes high-intent buyers to sales.
- **Buying-team collaboration:** A Slate can be shared by link or email so the full buying committee (champions, economic buyers, IT, finance, end users) can review, ask, and decide together — no new logins.
- **Native HubSpot integration:** SlateCX is a public HubSpot app. Slate activity syncs to contact and company records with attribution; lead scores update, workflows fire, and sales is notified on engagement events. A SlateCX tab appears natively on the HubSpot contact record.
- **Signal and notifications:** Sales is alerted through Slack, email, or in-app HubSpot when a buyer reaches high engagement or a decision point.

## For HubSpot users

- SlateCX adds a buyer engagement layer without replacing existing HubSpot setup. Two adoption paths: replace a form entirely with a Slate Agent that qualifies and captures intent in conversation, or keep the form and upgrade the post-submission experience so prospects land in a Slate workspace instead of a static thank-you page.
- All Slate engagement connects to existing HubSpot workflows with full attribution — no rip-and-replace.
